Terms of Service

Credit Requirement: You must provide credit for my artwork and designs whenever they are used or shared.
Authorship Claim: You are not permitted to claim authorship or ownership of the commissioned artwork or designs as your own.
Resale Limitation: You may sell the design or illustration, but only for an amount not exceeding the original purchase price. Additional artwork associated with the character or illustration may be sold for an additional fee.
Modification Allowance: You are allowed to make modifications to the design or illustration, but please credit me for the original work.
Merchandise Creation: You are permitted to create merchandise based on the commissioned design or illustration, including but not limited to stickers, keychains, pins, and fursuits.
Refund Policy: All finished purchases are final, and I do not issue refunds. Please ensure you are satisfied with your decision before I complete your commissions.
Payment Methods: You have the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method:
Full Payment: You may pay the full amount after the final sketch is provided.
Split Payment (for commissions over $15): You have the option to pay half of the total amount after the final sketch is provided, and the remaining half after the final piece is delivered.
Custom Payment Plans: Payment plans are acceptable and can be discussed on an individual basis. A down payment may be required, and failure to complete payment may result in forfeiture of the artwork without refund. The terms of the payment plan will be determined between the client and myself and may vary depending on the situation.
